What kind of files do you need for logos or artwork?

We require high-resolution files, ideally in vector formats such as:

AI, PDF, EPS for best quality
Or PNG,JPG (at least 300dpi)
Get in touch using Live Chat if You can not meet the above requirement and we may be able to help you.

Will I see a mockup before production?

Yes! Once we receive your artwork and order details, we’ll create a full mockup showing:

Front and back views
Logo placements
Embroidery/patch locations (if any)

You’ll get to review and approve the design before anything is made.

Can I request changes to the design mockup?

Absolutely. You can request as many revisions as you want to ensure you're completely satisfied. We’ll proceed to production only after you give final approval.

How long does production take?

Once the design is approved, production typically takes:
